ARC PROVIDED BY AUTHOR IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW
‘Take’ by K.I. Lynn and N. Isabelle Blanco is the second book in the ‘Need’ series so if you haven’t read the first book then proceed NO FURTHER. The second instalment is another great 4 star read for me.
After years of pushing Kira away because he could no longer have her like he should have been able to Brayden decides to make his move. The only problem is that it might just be too little too late. Kira has grown tired of the back and forth and the mind games that she has been put through. No longer does she want to waste her tears and her life waiting for and wanting the only person she couldn’t have.
I love Brayden and Kira but loath them at the same time. The frustrating back and forth but the excitement at the will they won’t they and the chemistry and heat seeping out of them are just some of what keeps you reading. Like the first book this flowed really well and you get caught up with their story.
Both characters have you wanting to shout at your kindle for them to get over some of their issues and obstacles. This also ends on a bit of a cliff hanger but with the next book just releasing it is not too bad. Can’t wait to get stuck into the next book and find out what is going to happen.
