Review : Tempting The Best Man by Tanya Michaels

‘Tempting the Best Man’ by Tanya Michaels. This was a great story! Tanya Michaels created a strong woman in Mia Hayes and I loved it.  Mia has no qualms about who she is and she owns it.  It was refreshing to read a story that had such a strong minded female character who knew where she was in her life despite her struggles.  To top it off Tanya Michaels also created one of the dreamiest, straight-laced men I have ever read.  He gave me butterflies in all the right places and at all the right times.  I want a Daniel Keegan.  Please.

Mia Hayes is a hard working event planner, one who has built her business from the ground up.  She takes pride in the fact that she got where she is today because of her own hard work, despite having an unsupportive family.

Daniel Keegan is as straight-laced as they come.  Daniel comes from a family with high expectations and finds himself disappointing them at every turn.  As the youngest of three sons, two being extremely successful, he finds himself facing the added pressure of achieving tenure at the local college where he is a professor.

But then he runs into Mia Hayes...again.  Back in their college days Mia was Daniel’s rival, always arguing with him and competing for the best grades in the classes they shared.  Mia has loosened up a bit, but Daniel still hangs onto his superiority and rule following ways.  After unintentionally insulting Mia again at a bachelor party, Daniel decides it's time for a little fun...and Mia is just the person to help.

I am giving Tempting the Best Man 5 stars.
