Review : King Of Bourbon Street by Thea De Salle

***ARC Provided By Author In Exchange for Honest Review***

First time reader of Thea De Salle and with 'King of Bourbon Street' I would have to say I was impressed.  She gave readers a story of a family that has rich, snotty members and also members that want nothing to do with the money or status.  The two main characters, Sol and Arianna were amazing and even though they have a similar type status, both of them have different views.
Arianna Barrington comes from a wealthy and high status family.  She is the only girl among 6 brothers so of course she has had a little different up bringing and a high status to maintain according to her mother.  When she does something out of line and makes her mother mad, her brother's help her to get away so she can enjoy herself and not deal with her dragon of a mother.
Sol Demont is a business man and owner of a hotel in New Orleans.  He has just had some ups and downs in his life, but he seems to be able to move on and when the girl he refers to as "Kitten" shows up at his hotel one day, he is suddenly on a mission to know her and indulge himself.
I found myself chuckling a lot during this book because of Rains dog.  It goes with her everywhere and it just seems to always be in the moment of the book, taking to everyone.  I loved it and he always had his squeaky toys!  Also, some of the banter between the characters was great too!

I have to applaud Thea for having her main female be a larger size girl!  You do not see that much in books nowadays and I really enjoyed that she got to have all of the fun and gets the hot guy!!!

I would give this book 4 stars and I'm very curious to see what book 2 is about!
